Hi, I’m Cory Keizor

I didn’t build this on success.

It’s built from failure.

For years, I trained like many people. Too much, too hard, no plan. I’ve always been the all in type. I’d go all in, burn out, get hurt, give up, then start all over again. I know what it feels like to try hard and still get it wrong.

Those were the embers that lit the forge.

I learned strength isn’t about punishment. It’s about consistency. It’s about finding the movements and activities you like. It’s about building habits that last instead of chasing what looks impressive.

My brother has Down Syndrome. Watching him grow up has changed how I see the world and how I see training. Not everyone fits into the standard fitness mold. And they shouldn’t have to. Strength belongs to everyone.

Foundation Forge is step one. The bigger mission is an adaptive training facility, a place built for people of all abilities to train hard, train smart, and train with dignity.

No gimmicks.

No ego.

Just work.

Because greatness isn’t born or given or found

it’s forged

My Approach

My approach is simple: master the fundamentals, build capacity gradually, and train in a way that supports your real life. Strength should make you more capable at work, at home, and in the moments that matter. Not leave you wrecked and dreading the next workout.

Every program I design is built around movement competency first. We focus on quality, control, and resilience. From there, we add in intensity with intention. Whether you’re brand new, getting back on track, or training with adaptive needs, the goal is the same, build strength that lasts.

Simple ideas

Workouts don’t need to be complicated. Muscles don’t need to be confused. We help you move with simple, strong techniques. Because when you move in your strength, you improve in your strength.

Lasting impact

We don’t just train. We teach. Our classes and individual training don’t just give you a list of movements, they teach you how to stay strong. We give you movements you can do at home, with a partner or alone, with equipment or without.
