Each class is built around one skill - practiced with a partner, refined at your pace, and finished with a structured game that makes the whole thing worth showing up for. This class is a starting point for some and a destination for others. Both are exactly right.

This is our calisthenics based class built around two movements. Explored, drilled, and combined into a continuous flow at your own pace. Every class builds strength and control without leaving you wrecked. Scaled to meet you where you are.
What to Expect
We know walking into something new can feel like a lot. Here’s exactly what happens so there are no surprises.
Before your first class
Reserve your spot through our booking link. It takes less than a minute. You’ll get confirmation with a location and a reminder before class. That’s it. No forms, no fitness tests, no pressure.
When you arrive
Come as you are. There’s no dress code, no special equipment to buy, and no fitness level required to walk through the door. If you’re early. Introduce yourself. We keep classes small so you won’t be a stranger for long.
During class
Classes are 30 minutes. Most of the movements we do has at least two versions, one for people just getting started and one for those ready for more. Your coach will show both before you begin, and nobody will ever call attention to which option you choose. You’re here to move your body in a way that works for you.
Movement Foundations is focused on one movement per class, explored from the ground up. You’ll practice it with a partner, build on it together, and finish with a structured game that makes the whole thing feel less like a workout and more like something worth showing up for. No pressure to progress beyond this. For a lot of people, this class is the goal.
Foundation Flow is a calisthenics based class built around Adaptive Flow. Continuous, structured movement that builds strength and control without excessive fatigue. Scaled to support your movement foundation.
A few honest things
You might feel awkward your first time. That’s normal and it passes quickly. You might not be able to do every movement the way it’s demonstrated. That’s expected and completely fine. What matters is you showed up. We meet you exactly where you are.
