This phase is built around one skill - pain free movement. Practiced with a partner, refined at your pace, and finished with a structured game that makes the whole thing worth showing up for.

Taking the movement pattern we just learned, we connect it to another movement in one fluid motion, because we never move with just one motion. This phase teaches how to connect two movements to keep you moving better.
What to Expect
We know walking into something new can feel like a lot. Here’s exactly what happens so there are no surprises.
Before your first class
Reserve your spot through our booking link. It takes less than a minute. You’ll get confirmation with a location and a reminder before class. That’s it. No forms, no fitness tests, no pressure.
When you arrive
Come as you are. There’s no dress code, no special equipment to buy, and no fitness level required to walk through the door. If you’re early. Introduce yourself. We keep classes small so you won’t be a stranger for long.
During class
Classes are 45 minutes. Most of the movements we do has at least two versions, one for people just getting started and one for those ready for more. Your coach will show both before you begin, and nobody will ever call attention to which option you choose. You’re here to move your body in a way that works for you.
Foundations is our most accessible tier of classes. Each class has two parts: Movement, where we focus on one pattern and coach it with intention, and Flow, where we connect that movement to another in one fluid sequence.
A few honest things
You might feel awkward your first time. That’s normal and it passes quickly. You might not be able to do every movement the way it’s demonstrated. That’s expected and completely fine. What matters is you showed up. We meet you exactly where you are.
